Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Hugsur LLC processes and ships orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

We work with a network of fulfillment partners, and some items ship from overseas warehouses. Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States: 7-15 business days
International: 10-25 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, and peak seasons can extend delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. The exact cost is displayed before you complete your purchase.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. There is no extra charge to you when this happens.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to begin updating in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date, email us at info.hugsur@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and either replace your order or refund it.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
